​Planted Earth Studios is seeking a talented and motivated ceramic artist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to invest in your artistic development while contributing to the growth of our thriving studio.

Flexible Schedule: Work on your own terms and schedule your own workshops.

Free Studio Access: Enjoy unlimited access to our well-equipped studio space, including glazes, and firing services.

Competitive Revenue Sharing:

Group Workshops:

Earn 70% of net attendance fees.

If an assistant is required:
-
20% of attendance fees will be allocated to assistant costs.

50% of the remaining revenue will be earned by you.

30% of the remaining revenue will contribute to studio operations.

One-on-One Courses:

Earn 70% of attendance fees.

Studio Operations:
-
30% of workshop and course fees contribute to studio operations.

Responsibilities:
-
Host your own workshops and courses.

Contribute to the overall success of the studio.

Assist with studio maintenance and cleanliness (as needed).

Collaborate with the existing team.

Qualifications:

Strong ceramic skills and artistic vision.

Experience in teaching or leading workshops (preferred).
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A strong work ethic and a collaborative spirit.
-
Experience in entrepreneurship is a plus.

Paige Harris
Paige holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a major in Sculpture. With over eight years of experience honing her craft in ceramics, Paige is a multi-faceted artist who contributes significantly to Planted Earth Studios. She manages the studio's finances, leads engaging ceramic workshops, and further develops her expertise by creating and leading introductory and advanced ceramic workshops for diverse audiences.
Cindy La
Cindy's background extends beyond a Bachelor of Science degree, with a valuable certification in early childcare and development. Cindy curates stunning floral arrangements, leads engaging workshops, and spearheads the studio's social media, marketing, and event planning. Her passion extends beyond artistic expression, as she's also dedicated to working with children of all backgrounds.
